Mommy Came!

So this post is a little delayed but my mom was here 2 weeks ago dropping Macy off at BYU. We had a lot of fun with her! She had so much fun playing with Blake. I love that she loves to come and see Blake it means so much to us! We wish she lived here we know she would be here all the time playing with Blake and Blake would love it! Blake really did take a strong liking to my mom! Whenever she would talk to him he would talk back and smile. It was pretty cute! I love having her here helping! We had a lot of fun getting Macy all ready for college! We ate lots of yummy food, shopped a lot and she even got to hear me sing at church that Sunday! All in all we had so much fun and we miss her like crazy! Chance even said to me after she left that he was going to miss her! SO CUTE!!! We love you mom! Thanks for making us feel so special!

Happy Boy at 3 months!

Blake has been so happy the past couple days! When my mom and were Macy here(pictures to come) Blake was getting a little fussy and i figured out it was because we were always out and were not able to give him a really good nap! This chunky boy needs his sleep! So i stayed home for the most part the past couple of days and he is much happier!!! Blake also has become a total pro at his sad face! It is the sadest, cutest thing ever! I cant ever look at him when he does it or it just makes me give in! My mom and Macy thought it was super cute to! I have never seen a baby do it quite like this before! Also, tonight Blake grabbed his toys for the first time! We are such proud parents! I was so proud of my little man! He wanted the toys so bad that he finally figured out how to do it! WAHOO!!!!!! I got a video of it! Blake has gotten to be the cutest funnest baby to play with! For the most part he is very content and loves to lay and look at things! His best friend is the TV! No joke! Its funny because i always have him doing something else while the TV is on but when i look at him he will have his neck twisted in crazy positions just to see the TV! HAHAHA! I am so glad right now because i think it is very stimulating for a baby this age to be seeing all the colors, movement and voices!

3 Months old!

Yep my little man is 3 months old! NUTS!!!!! He is seriously the cutest little boy i have ever seen! My goodness i get comments everywhere i go! That makes me feel really good! Blake has also become such a fun baby! His brace has kind of put a damper on his developing somewhat but its ok! Only 2 more months of it! I can only have his brace off for 1 hour a day and there is so much i want him to do during that hour that there just isnt enough time for it all! But we are doing the best we can and i have to say Blake is a trooper! Here are some of the things he is doing right now:

1. Blake holds my hands and pulls himself up to stand. Then he gets all excited and proud of himself! Its so cute!
2. When he wakes up from his naps he is super smiley and then wants to eat but then after he eats he is so happy and smiley until he wants to go to bed!
3. Blake is having a really hard time going down for a nap! He screams bloody murder! I put him in his real crib today and he fell right asleep so we will see how long it lasts!
4. Blake loves his binky and his blanky! If he starts crying oyu just stick his binky in and put his blanky next to his face and he is good to go!
5. When Blake is tired he will stroke my hand, cheek, neck, chest whatever his hand is near. It is so stinkin cute! This is one of my favorite things! The other day i picked him up and he nestled his face in my neck and started stroking my cheek. I was so touched! It was adorable!
6. Blake will lay in his bed and just pick his legs up and smack them down i think maybe he likes the noise!
8. Blake is having a really hard time going to the bathroom. The doctor has now given us milk of magnesia to help him. So far it is working pretty well.
9. Blake loves loves loves the TV! O my goodness if it is on that is what he wants to do. I like to sit him on the couch and put baby Einstein on the computer and he loves to watch it. Sometimes he will even fall asleep to it!
10. Blake is one chunky little boy! That is my favorite! I love all his chunk!
11. Blake still loves the bath. He loves to have water poured all over him as he trys to lick the water. He is completely relaxed in the bath.
12. Blake is trying to roll over but he hates being on his tummy so much that it might not happen for a little bit!
13. He can almost laugh! Its so frustrating because he is just almost there!
14. Blake bats at all of his toys and once he gets a hold of one he holds on for dear life!
15. Blake is officially in 0-3 month clothes. But he is getting so big he may just be out of them soon!

This is his cute new outfit! I only spent $9!! I think he looks so cute and big!For some reason he will be so smiley but when the camera goes up he stops!!! AAAHHHH!!

Blake is getting so big!!!

Blake is so so big! He is getting to be a lot more fun to! He has found his voice so when he talks it is a lot louder! I love it! This morning i woke up to the cutest thing!!! At 5:00 AM this morning i wake up to the repetitive thump and Blake talking! So i walk over to his bed and i see that he is talking to himself and picking his legs up all the way and then smacking them on his bed! HAHAHA it was so stinkin cute! It was the best wake up i have ever had! So apparently he has found his legs as well! Here are some pictures and a video!


O sweet boy! I promise he has a lot of hair but it is so light that you just cant see it! Look at our little mini Chance!!!

New car and cute boy!!!

Chance and i have been looking for a while for an SUV. We have family come into town and come over all the time so we wanted something a little bigger! We looked all around and researched for like 1 month! We went to dealerships, websites, and talked to lots of people and then finally..........................We found our new toy!!!! We got a 4 runner! This SUV is so perfect for us! It is my dream car and Chances truck features all in one! It has an Air lift kit so it lifts 3 inches, 33 in tires, a sports rack and hook ups for an AMP (everything that Chance wanted)! It has a really dark tint on the back and side windows which i love! It really helps to not have the sun blinding Blake when he is in the car. Plus it makes it a lot darker so he can sleep! We found such a good deal on it and we both feel after lots of praying and searching that we made the right choice! Here is a picture of it!
Now onto my little man! He is getting so cute! We finally got a play mat and he loves it! He smiles at all the toys, hasnt tried to really grab anything yet! Blake has been a little grumpy lately and i am not too sure why! I dont like that babies are such a mystery! He doesnt like me to put him down! And its weird because i have always been so cautious about holding him too much in fear that this would happen! But it happened anyway! But he is still so cute and smiley so its ok!

Ok so i put him on his mat for a little bit and he was so happy looking at all the toys but then he started to fuss so i put on baby Einstein on my computer but for some reason Blake is so fascinated with the TV that he wouldnt even look at the computer! I had to turn the TV off in order for him to pay attention! HAHAHAHA funny boy!

Bath Time!

Blake loves loves loves the bath! I bet he could stay in there all day and be totally fine! He loves to have water poured all over him and he loves to drink the water. Here is a cute video!

FAMILY!!!!

Its been a little bit since i have blogged but not a whole lot has happened! We have been spending a lot of time with Chances family lately and am finally getting to post those pictures!!! First off Chances sister Kylie is an awesome swimmer and is on a swim team! So Blake and I went to one of her meets and got to watch her swim! She did so great we were so proud of her! She is a great little swimmer! Here are some pictures at the meet! I was sad because it was so hot that i had to take Blake home because he has to wear socks and his brace and he was sweating! Also Chances older brother had a baby exactly 6 weeks after we had Blake! They had a little baby girl and named her Marelle (not sure of the spelling). She is so precious! Nates wife Jessica and i talk all the time about how close we want them to grow up! We take lots of pictures of them together! And lastly we had Chances little Brother and Sister stay the night on Friday and we had a lot of fun with them! We took them to the pool on Saturday and had fun but sadly it was windy and Blake was freezing so he only go to get in for a little bit!
