Easter!!!!

I have to say i really really love Easter! I love the reason for Easter. I am so thankful for my Heavenly Father and am so thankful for the sacrifice my brother Jesus Christ made. I am so thankful for the principle of the resurrection. I have such a strong testimony of my Savior. I love being able to celebrate my savior. He is the light and the life of this world and i love him with all my heart.

This Easter Blake got to do a couple of Easter egg hunts! He actually loved the eggs! i let him have a couple jelly beans but i dont want him to love candy too much right now! He loved to shake the eggs and break them just so he could watch me race over and pick up all the candy. It is pretty funny!

Easter was pretty fun. Blake was pretty sick the whole day it made me pretty sad! He has the worst cough and starting to have a runny nose.
I know this picture has nothing to do with Easter but i love this new excited crazy face!!! HAHAHA! He now does it with his tongue sticking out! This is probably my favorite face he has ever pulled
We went and had an Easter egg hunt on Saturday with Chances family! There were over 300 eggs! The boys just threw them in this field and let all the kids go to town. It was so fun!
Chance got Blake so many eggs. Blake was laughing while chance was running around with him getting the eggs.
So we sat him there with all his eggs and when we started to put them away he started crying so hard. He loves all his eggs
There were 10 different eggs that had numbers in them. According to the number you got you got a cool prize! Blake got these cute bunny ears and those candy baby bottles. Perfect gift for him!
Blake loves his grandpa! He gets big smiles whenever he sees him. It is pretty cute!
That is one pooped out bunny!!!! He fell asleep right away.
Chances brother Shea gave Blake these cute gold fish for Easter! I think that is the cutest Easter gift ever! We named them Donny and Marie! HAHAHA! Welcome to the Family Donny and Marie!
So i know Blake had no idea what was going on on Easter but i still wanted to make it fun for him. So i filled up these plastic eggs with raisins (they are his favorite) and made a trail from his bedroom all the way to his basket. When he woke up i let him down so he could crawl to all of them! At first he had no idea what he was doing. But then he got the hang of it and saw his basket at the other end. he skipped a few and raced over to his basket. He knocked it over and started playing.
This was his Easter basket!
At first he was not liking the bubbles. But now he loves the bubbles!!!!
this is a huge baseball marshmallow! It was so thick he couldnt bite anything off it was pretty funny.
Ok with all that grass he used his thumb and his pointer finger and pulled each piece out at a time. HAHAHA i thought it was so funny
So this was his Easter outfit. His poor red cheeks! I LOVE this pink tie!
Look at those sad sick eyes. I felt so bad for him. He just wanted to be home sleeping all day and cuddling with us but it was Easter so we needed to be with family!
But of course he perks up when he gets to be with daddy
O i love my cute boy! I think besides him being sick he had a pretty good first Easter!



So this is when he got to his basket! I didnt get him crawling to all the eggs because he was taking too long!

Part time work here i come!!!

Yep it is true i am going to start working part time again! I definitely have mixed feelings about it. Well let me start out with what i am going to do............ I got an amazing opportunity to work for Jet Blue Airlines! My visiting teacher in my ward works for them and and told me that they were hiring. Hold on, my mom called me right as i was writing this and told me i HAVE to put pictures so i will put pictures and tell you my story in between.
So on with my story........ Kristin (who works at JetBlue) told me that they were going to start hiring but since so many people apply they only post it for 3 hours!!! So i got all my stuff together and when they posted it i got right on and applied! There were 600 applicants!! HOLY COW! So i waited for a couple days and got an email saying i was chosen for a phone interview
So i got on the phone and did my interview and waited 1 day and they called me and told me i passed the phone interview and they wanted me to go to Salt Lake for the final in person interview. So i headed up there a couple days later. It started off with an orientation all about JetBlue and then i got drug tested and then i went in for my in person interview.
( I was going through my pictures and found this one of Blake and it almost made me cry! He is so precious!) I was actually really nervous because i have not been interviewed for a long time! Like 4 years! But it actually went really really well! At the end she told me i was going to be perfect for the job. So i left feeling good and feeling like i had a good shot at getting it. But wasnt really sure i was going to take it. They told me i would be working 4 6 hour shifts. What would i do with Blake for 6 hours 4 days a week? I dont want to get a babysitter because i didnt want to take a job just to pay someone to watch Blake. Plus there is no way i wanted to miss anything that he does throughout the day.
They wasted no time, they sent me an email at like 12 AM saying they would like to hire me and i needed to fill out the background check. So I held off for a little bit on filling it out while i prayed and weighed out the pros and cons. Here is what i came up with: PROS- Free flights on almost any airline!!! That is a huge plus!! That is the only reason i went for this job, little bit of extra money coming in, health benefits CONS- Leaving Blake, Working again, working 6 hours days which i am not used to anymore, the pay is not that great!
(Blake is such a daddies boy! He never wants me. He cuddles with Chance EVERYDAY!!!) So i called Kristen and told her my concerns. She told me that shifts are really easy to give away and pick up. She said all i have to do is at least work 15 hours a week and i would be ok. There is a trade board and she said everyone is dying to pick up hours all the time. Which means i would not have to work 6 hour shifts!!! So as Chance and i kept praying about it our feelings were calmed and we got peace about it. So i am taking the job! Yay!!!! Here come free flights and extra money!! WAHOO!!!!! O also my mom and dad get free flight to! They are pretty excited about it!

Lions and Tigers and Bears O MY!!!

So on Wednesday i had Chances brother and sister over, Kylie and Tyesun, and My best friend tori and i made plans to go to the zoo. It turned out to be an amazing day!!! We got to the zoo around 10:30 and the weather was perfect! I was so excited about Blakes first time at the zoo but i didnt really think he would be too into it. Man was i wrong!!! Blake had a blast! He loved all the animals. The monkeys and the elephants were his favorite. I took a ton of pictures so be prepared! Toris little boys had so much fun to i think they love animals more than life it was pretty cute. I loved hanging out with Tori and having Kylie and Tyesun there lovin all over Blake!
I made sure to put lots of sunblock on Blake and a hat just in case the sun got to be too much. He kept his hat on most of the day! What a good boy

I think this is my favorite smile that Blake has. He has so many but this one is when he is having so much fun he cant even control all the excitement!

Easter egg hunt!

We went up to Chances dad Larrys house for dinner on Sunday and it was so fun!!! They didnt know if any of us would be available on Easter so they put together an Easter egg hunt for all the kids! They let the babies go out first and Blake found a couple eggs. He actually found them! He still never wants to let them go! The kids had a lot of fun. I love the Easter so i am super excited that we got to start early this year!

He seriously spotted them and tried to get them! It was pretty cute!His two eggs! He was pretty excited! Although in the picture he is actually spotting another egg!


This is Marelle Blakes cousin that is 6 weeks younger! They both had a blast!

Today i was cleaning and doing other things and i came around the corner and found this! Not one of these toys was out when he crawled over there!
So before he saw me i got this picture. Cutest thing ever! He is totally smiling and having so much fun ripping everything out!Then when i called his name this is the guilty face he gave me, " I didnt do it" Man am i in for trouble! He cant even walk yet and he is making gigantic messes!

So since it is taking soooo long to upload 3 videos i should probably blog about my birthday. It was a pretty good day. Chance let me sleep in till nine and then made me breakfast in bed. Then we got ready and went to lunch and went to the mall and bought me some shirts!! Then we did a bunch of things to waste some time before we went to dinner. Then some of our friends met us at chilis for dinner! It was super yummy! I got a yummy pretty drink my amazing salad and chips and salsa! We had a really good time. Then we went to the temple and walked Blake around. He was so cute! He would not stop reaching for the temple until we finally let him touch it, then he just got a big smile on his face and started laughing! It was a great day!

So the main reason for this post is because my family wants to see how blake crawls and walks with his walker! So here are the 3 videos and some pictures from my birthday!
