16 Weeks

I am 16 weeks and feeling great so far. My belly is getting big and this baby is moving like crazy! I have been feeling the baby move for about 1 month, which my doctor says is really early. I am guessing that i carry super far in front because i start showing immediately and i feel my babies really quickly!
Not the best picture, but since Blake and I have been stuck home everyday for like a month, it is a rare occasion that i actually get dressed up and get to go out. I took this picture a couple days ago and my belly has popped since then but this will just have to do. There have been 2 minor complications so far. When i work out, within 10 minutes i get a really bad headache and start to get dizzy. My doctor said this is due to a drop in blood pressure and as long as it goes away when i stop working out i should be fine. The other one is, when i was pregnant with Blake he actually cracked one of my ribs and now that my belly has gotten bigger i can start feeling that pain again. That is really unfortunate because i still have so much longer to go and a lot bigger to get, so this will end up being a huge problem.

I had my doctors appt. yesterday and at 16 weeks i have only gained 5 pounds!!!! WAHOO!! That is very good news for me. I think the Proargenine that i have been taking has been helping out a lot with that. The babies heartbeat was really healthy and really fast. It was 163 which was the exact number that Blakes was when we first got to hear his sweet heartbeat. They say i am really healthy to! I got to schedule my ultrasound appt. for March 20th! I ma so excited to see what we are having. I really want a girl but at the same time, if we are having a boy that would be so great for Blake to have a little brother to play with. So either way we will be great!2

I know that i just posted two posts but i feel like i am really behind on taking pictures of Blake and documenting. He is in a really good mood today and i think he looks really cute so i thought i should take some pictures.
I am so glad i got to capture this sweet smile! He has the sweetest spirit about him. Whenever he kicks me in the stomach or jumps on it or anything like that, he goes oh no baby and gives my belly a kiss

He is still working on his smile when he says cheese. Blake is seriously obsessed with Toy Story. He watches it multiple times a day and sits there through the whole thing. He gets really annoyed if you try to talk to him or touch him when he is watching it.

He loves to jump off things right now. He is on the counter jumping into my arms. every day he gets on our small couch and throws all the pillows off and jumps onto them. He also loves to sit on the table and look at the pitty (pretty) flowersAlso his new say cheese face. HAHA! Every time i take a picture of him he begs to see it and then says, "cuuuuute". Hahaha he already knows he is cute

I am trying to teach Blake to count to three and so i say 1,2,3!!! and he repeats 2,2,2!!! HAHA he thinks he is really funny. He tells me he is funny or silly all the time.Blake knows almost all the parts of his body. Eyes, nose, mouth, teeth, tongue, ears, hair head, belly button, hands, feet, and bummy is what he calls it
He always does this and says, "mommy...... i see you" hahaha i love it. I have such an amazing life being a mommy to this little boy. He keeps me and my toes and gives me a run for my money but the majority of the time he makes me smile and laugh all day long.

Happy Love Day!

I love every reason to celebrate, especially when i get to celebrate love! We always do something really small on Love day because our anniversary is a couple weeks after that and my birthday right after that and then Easter and then Mothers day and Blakes birthday. ALOT of holidays packed into like 2.5 months.
Chance always gets me the best flowers! Always from Costco and they last like 2 weeks if i remember to water them. I also got to wake up to a yummy breakfast in bed that consisted of crepes and orange juice.
After Chance got home from school he offered to watch Blake while i got to go to the temple. I was so thankful. I really want to go once a week so it was a good start. After the temple i freshened up and we picked Macy up to babysit. Then off we headed to one of our favorite place to eat. THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY! We got there at 5:15 and it was already a 2 hour wait! So we were let in on a little secret that there was a very short line of people waiting for a seat in the first come first serve section. We hurried over and were lucky to get sat in 20 minutes. We got there at perfect timing because right after we got in line for first come first serve everyone fund out and the line was huge. So we ate our delicious dinner and were off to watch "the Vow" Excellent movie! Being pregnant i was completely emotional the whole time but i loved it. Great night with the best husband ever! I love him to pieces

Sweet Sweet Boy

Blake is now almost 21 months and is getting cuter, sweeter, and more feisty all at the same time! This little boy honestly has the sweetest side to him. He always wants to give the "new baby" kisses and tell it nigh night, he always loves to cuddle, he gets really worried about all his favorite characters (Nemo, Buzz and Woody) when they gets lost or hurt, and gets sad when he hears a baby or kid cry. One of my most favorite things that he does right now is when he wants my attention he comes up to me saying, "mommy, mommy" And so i look at him, but that isnt enough, he gets all the way up to my face and holds my face with his hands and keeps saying mommy until i say what! HAHAHA! I purposely dont say anything just so he can do this a million times a day. Blake still has his bath time be the highlight of his night. Love loves the water. He is obsessed with watching Nemo and Toy Story. He asks all day long!!!!

At the same time, Blake is also very naughty. He freaks out if he has a jacket on and you try to take it off. He has about an hour right before dinner where he is so naughty that i have to stick him in his bed for a few minutes and make him take deep breaths before he comes out. He tells me Stopit! all the time and is very naughty about dumping his bowls of snacks on the floor.


Blake wanted Woody to go nigh night to tonight so he wanted me to wrap him up and here he is giving woody a "binki." Man oh Man he is so cute! He is also saying sentences now! He is so smart! he always tells me that Daddy and Reilly are at work(wort).


Yep, after giving woody his binki that wouldnt stay in, he wanted me to help him put him and woody in his bed. then he laid down next to woody and said nigh night. Blake has a "first words" book and there are probably 50 different items in there to name and he can tell me what most everything is. So Smart

Lasagna

Tonight Chance and I made homemade lasagna! I thought it turned out SUPER yummy! Chance and Reilly said it was really yummy too. I got the recipe off Ourbestbites.com.

I was supposed to give this to him for Christmas but we didnt give it to him till yesterday. He seriously doesnt play with anything else anymore. As you can see he likes to take some of his balls for a ride.
