Happy Love Day!

I love every reason to celebrate, especially when i get to celebrate love! We always do something really small on Love day because our anniversary is a couple weeks after that and my birthday right after that and then Easter and then Mothers day and Blakes birthday. ALOT of holidays packed into like 2.5 months.
Chance always gets me the best flowers! Always from Costco and they last like 2 weeks if i remember to water them. I also got to wake up to a yummy breakfast in bed that consisted of crepes and orange juice.
After Chance got home from school he offered to watch Blake while i got to go to the temple. I was so thankful. I really want to go once a week so it was a good start. After the temple i freshened up and we picked Macy up to babysit. Then off we headed to one of our favorite place to eat. THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY! We got there at 5:15 and it was already a 2 hour wait! So we were let in on a little secret that there was a very short line of people waiting for a seat in the first come first serve section. We hurried over and were lucky to get sat in 20 minutes. We got there at perfect timing because right after we got in line for first come first serve everyone fund out and the line was huge. So we ate our delicious dinner and were off to watch "the Vow" Excellent movie! Being pregnant i was completely emotional the whole time but i loved it. Great night with the best husband ever! I love him to pieces

Sweet Sweet Boy

Blake is now almost 21 months and is getting cuter, sweeter, and more feisty all at the same time! This little boy honestly has the sweetest side to him. He always wants to give the "new baby" kisses and tell it nigh night, he always loves to cuddle, he gets really worried about all his favorite characters (Nemo, Buzz and Woody) when they gets lost or hurt, and gets sad when he hears a baby or kid cry. One of my most favorite things that he does right now is when he wants my attention he comes up to me saying, "mommy, mommy" And so i look at him, but that isnt enough, he gets all the way up to my face and holds my face with his hands and keeps saying mommy until i say what! HAHAHA! I purposely dont say anything just so he can do this a million times a day. Blake still has his bath time be the highlight of his night. Love loves the water. He is obsessed with watching Nemo and Toy Story. He asks all day long!!!!

At the same time, Blake is also very naughty. He freaks out if he has a jacket on and you try to take it off. He has about an hour right before dinner where he is so naughty that i have to stick him in his bed for a few minutes and make him take deep breaths before he comes out. He tells me Stopit! all the time and is very naughty about dumping his bowls of snacks on the floor.


Blake wanted Woody to go nigh night to tonight so he wanted me to wrap him up and here he is giving woody a "binki." Man oh Man he is so cute! He is also saying sentences now! He is so smart! he always tells me that Daddy and Reilly are at work(wort).


Yep, after giving woody his binki that wouldnt stay in, he wanted me to help him put him and woody in his bed. then he laid down next to woody and said nigh night. Blake has a "first words" book and there are probably 50 different items in there to name and he can tell me what most everything is. So Smart

Lasagna

Tonight Chance and I made homemade lasagna! I thought it turned out SUPER yummy! Chance and Reilly said it was really yummy too. I got the recipe off Ourbestbites.com.

I was supposed to give this to him for Christmas but we didnt give it to him till yesterday. He seriously doesnt play with anything else anymore. As you can see he likes to take some of his balls for a ride.

Pregnancy number 2

We got to go to our first doctor appointment today! We got to have an ultrasound and see how big our baby is.

Here i am at 12 weeks and 4 days! I was just like this with Blake. Although this time i am carrying soooo much lower. I am already starting to have to un button my pants! I am feeling good and getting excited about this next little one. But i am having a lot of anxiety about sharing my time, not giving Blake all the attention, and wondering how i am going to be able to handle 2 kids! I know these are all normal feelings, i just keep praying and getting the feeling of relief. I am so thankful that Heavenly Father can trust me with another sweet child. I hope i can do my best to show him how grateful i am. There is our little one! The baby is 6 centimeters long and the doctor says it is perfect size and everything looks great! It even got excited to show itself to u...... if you can see it is waving at us! I cant wait to find out what i am having because i feel so bad that i keep having to say IT!! YUCK!!

Snow day

It has been pretty cold here lately and actually snowed yesterday. So this morning there was a little bit of snow left on the ground so we took Blake out to make a very tiny snowman. Every time Blake sees snow for some reason he calls it snowman. So i figured we should show him a snowman. Turns out there was just not enough snow to make a real one so we settled for a tiny one.

20 months!

I cant even believe it but Blake is just about 20 months! That is unreal. I just cant even believe that he is that big. Every single day he does or says something new. It just blows my mind. He is finally over the hitting stage and is getting really good about sharing. Although i think we still have a long way to go on the sharing thing. Blakes favorite things to do are:
-Sing
-Dance
-Where everything of daddy's
-wrestle with daddy
-dump out all of his toys and put them back in the containers
-love love loves to tell me NO
- Has started telling me to go away if he is trying to do something naughty
- And play till his heart is content
-Whenever he gets hurt or even bumped, he runs up to me and says all better, meaning please kiss it all better. And then magically its all better

He is such a fun little boy but also very feisty and stubborn. We are really trying to get him used to the whole baby idea, seeing as how we are going to have another one. So he now regularly come up to my belly and kisses it and says nigh night. Its pretty cute. Whenever he sees a baby he gets so excited and has to run up and say hi and try playing with it.

That is a sweet little boyI love these two boys. And let me tell you, they are the bestest friends in the whole world. They are each others whole world
Yes this night Blake was super super hungry and ended up eating 10 chicken nuggets and a whole cheese stick! He has not been eating very good because of teething so i think it caught up to him

We are loving life right now. It is finally starting to hit me that we are going to have two kids. I cant believe we are already at this stage of life. 2 KIDS!! It is really going to take some getting used to. This pregnancy has been SO much better than the last one. I have only been sick a handful of times which is a huge step up from last time. On the downside i am A LOT more tired. Sometimes i even fall asleep in the car. I just feel like i have no energy. Yes my belly is huge and i am only about 12 weeks. I will post a picture of that shortly.

Busta Move!!

I am so so so so so behind on my posting but i have to take a minute and post about my sweet little boy. Blake is so big now he is almost 20 months! I cant even believe it. Blake is super smart. He has little baby dolls and totally takes care of them. Which makes me happy because that means that hopefully in like 7 months he will be ready to help me take care of the new baby....... Yep that is right i am pregnant! I am due August 6th which means i am 10 weeks and feeling great!! Here is a list of things i have been picking up on the past couple weeks.

- He can pronounce his "L's"
-He can sing ring around the rosies(ashes ashes all down) and happy birthday( happy Bir oooo you)
-He puts three and 4 words together.
-He knows everyones names in both mine and Chances families
-He is starting to tell me when he goes to the bathroom
-He has all of his teeth except his k-9's
-He can say ANY word you want him to and he knows how to say most things he wants
-He can tell me when something is hurting
-He knows the difference between water and juice and will tell me which one he wants
-and most of all Blakers knows how to bust a move!!

On the not so good side Blake:
-Is extremely stubborn
-Still has not been a consistent good sleeper
-ending the hitting phase but still does sometimes
-He is good at sharing but only when i tell him to
-And he is really into getting into things and then when i catch him he grabs whatever he can and runs like the wind

My most favorite things right now are:
- When he kisses he completely puckers his lips and makes the kissing sound
-When he says love you he says,"ya ya"
-I am so in love with his dancing ability and the fact that he sings all the time
-He makes up new facial expressions all the time and they are always so over the top haha
-for the past week he has been in the best mood to where when i fall asleep at night i am smiling so big because of him

This age is so hard but so much fun. He is learning so many new things and exploring everything. He has the most outgoing and fun personality. But hard to teach sharing, no hitting and no temper tantrums. I love my little boy with all my heart and i cant wait to see what he is going to be like with this new baby
